This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14111 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required on receipt of summons.
