Heard Mr.UM.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to conclude the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 7.7.2013.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the Appeal filed by the petitioner was already disposed of, as early as on 26.12.2013 and he has produced a copy of the same, for perusal of this Court.

4. In the light of the submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
