The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner's son Master.Deepak to attend the 12th standard classes and to appear in the examination conducted during the year 2016. Now, we are in the middle of 2017 and the period for which the petitioner seeks permission is already over. Therefore this writ petition has become infructuous.
