Crl.M.P.No.14345 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15127 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15127 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022, passed by this Court to appear before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15127 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
