ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the accumulated PF amount of Rs.2,75,300/- from member ID with the 2nd respondent to the present account with Northern ARC Capital's PF Account maintained by the 2nd respondent together with interest and exemplary cost.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side fairly submitted that the entire amount of Provident Fund to the tune of Rs.2,75,300/- has been credited to the petitioner's account.

3. Recording the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
