This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.6507 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.262 of 2017 vide order dated 10.05.2017, to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI submitted that the petitioner was not complying with the conditions regularly.
