ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to file final report concerned in Crime No.31 of 2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 3rd respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 26.01.2019, no final report is filed till date.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the 3rd respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
