This petition has been filed seeking to implead the State of Tamil Nadu, Rep by Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Reforms Wing, Lr.1(1) Section, Fort St.

George, Secretariat, Chennai 600009 as party respondent in W.P. No.29117 of 2018.

2. In view of allowing the amendment petition in W.M.P. No.25878 of 2024, the Government of Tamil Nadu is a necessary party and hence the impleading petition is also allowed. Accordingly, the state of Tamil Nadu, Rep by Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Reforms Wing, Lr.1(1) Section, Fort St.

George, Secretariat, Chennai 600009, is impleaded as 5th respondent in the writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
