Heard Ms.Aparna Nandakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Dhanamadhri, learned Government Advocate [Taxes] appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the recovery notice issued by the respondent dated 21.06.2013 for the assessment year 2009-2010.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Taxes) had produced a copy of the written instructions sent to the learned Special Government Pleader (Taxes) vide letter dated 24.02.2014, from which it is seen that the impugned notice has been withdrawn by the respondent vide proceedings dated 10.02.2014. 4.Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
