Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation / objection, dated 29.10.2021 on merits within a timeframe as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation / objection, dated 29.10.2021 on merits within a timeframe as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.

Heard Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has a leasehold right and also agreement for sale in respect of the subject property owned by one Subash. Now, the respondents 3 to 9 herein have filed an application before the first respondent, challenging the patta issued in favour of the said Subash. As per the lease agreement and the agreement for sale, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same and as such submitted a representation before the first respondent by way of his objections, dated 29.10.2021.

Considering the above, if any proceedings is pending on the file of the first respondent raised by the respondents 3 to 9 herein in respect of the subject property, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
