(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he had appeared for the fifth respondent on 27.07.2023 when the matter was disposed of. Even the judgment passed in the first appeal viz., AS No.249 of 2001 dated 03.03.2003 was placed on record, along with the translated copy, wherein it was held that the plaintiff therein i.e. the present fifth respondent is the owner of the land at S.No.221, New Town Survey No.70, Block No.7. However, the appearance of the learned counsel for the respondent No.5 and the aspect of the judgment of the civil court in the first appeal does not find place in the order dated 27.07.2023.

2. In the order dated 27.07.2023, we had only recorded the statement of the learned Government Pleader. We had not decided any issue nor we had decided the rights of the parties. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In the order dated 27.07.2023, name of the learned counsel for the fifth respondent be incorporated. The fifth respondent and/or the original writ petitioner will have every right to put-forth their stand before the authority concerned.
