This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.30937 of 2019, which has been dismissed for default on 23.12.2020.

2. This Court, on perusing the notes paper finds that, the petitioner was continuously absent and there was no representation, hence the Criminal Original Petition dismissed.

3. After hearing the counsel on merits, this Court was about to restore the petition and dismiss the Criminal Original Petition on merits, the learned counsel prayed to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate the same before the trial Court.

4. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
