of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in D.O.No.C2/22/2024 dated 04.07.2024 against the petitioner's son, Sathish male aged about 25 years son of Thandapani vide his proceedings now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
