Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Rajendran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 wants to get written instruction and report before this Court by 20.09.2022 regarding as to whether the S.No.19 candidate viz. One Kalaiselvan S. who obtained 109 marks totally was selected under the open competition category since cut off mark for that category was only 104 mark or not and if so, the next three candidates including the petitioner whose merit list have been issued under the category of MBC denotified community horizontal reservation for physically disabled persons or differently abled persons, 3 posts have been earmarked for the quota to fulfil the 4% depending upon the vacancy for the current recruitment, whether can be filled up by the next three candidates stood in the said category including the petitioner or not has also to be ascertained and reported.
