ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2021 filed by her husband on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ponneri and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. Though the application filed for transferring the H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2021 by the respondent/husband pending on the file the Subordinate Judge, Ponneri to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, both the learned counsels had consented that the matter be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of and the H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cuddalore. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
