This Review petition is filed under Order 47 Rule 1 of code of civil procedure to review the order passed in W.P.No.16470 of 2011 on 14.07.2022.

2. As per the order of this Court dated 03.03.2023, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent/Namakkal Municipality has produced the Demand Draft for the calculated amount of sum of Rs.36,527/-, before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has received the aforesaid Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.36,527/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Seven only) along with interest, which was drawn on Bank of Baroda, Namakkal Branch, towards Death - Cum - Retirement Gratuity (D.C.R.G).

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Review Petition stands closed. No costs. 20.03.2023 vm
