This is an application for condonation of delay of 355 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard Mr.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General, for the applicants and Mr.P.K.Sabapathi, learned counsel for the non-applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the nonapplicant/respondent opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is stated.

4. We have gone through the application and the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
