ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.40 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, quash the same by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.40 of 2011 was pending before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ALGSC, Erode (Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell) and after completing the investigation, the charge sheet was filed on 25.05.2015 before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases and the same was not received by the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases due to stay granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 1st respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the present criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
