(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks removal of the bus stop which is stated to be essential as per the respondents on account of there being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
two famous hospitals in its vicinity at about 75 meters. The prayer made by the petitioner is on account of the traffic chaos.
2. Learned Government Pleader states that the police is taking steps to ensure that the traffic is properly regulated.
3. We are thus not inclined to grant the relief prayed for in the writ petition, but direct the second respondent to take steps for regulation of traffic in the area to ensure free flow, especially as there are two hospitals.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
