The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue an order of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in proceedings No.D-1[A]/TE/2002/293 dated 23.01.2002, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Director of Physical Education.

2. Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
