This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5 herein in the place of the writ petitioner (deceased) namely V.V.V.Nachiappan in the above writ petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition and post the matter next week.
