This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for violating the orders of this Court passed in WP.No.27393 of 2016 dated 05.08.2016, thereby directing the respondent to pass order on the representation of the petitioner and the summons within a time frame.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced the compliance report of the respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.27393 of 2016 dated 05.08.2016 has been complied with.

3. In view of the aforesaid compliance report, this contempt petition is closed.
