ORDER

Mrs.Geetha Thamaraislevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, brings to my notice that vide RC.10791/2017/CP2, dated 10.02.2026, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has informed that a sum of Rs.11,94,267/- (Rupees eleven lakhs ninety four thousand two hundred and sixty seven only), after deduction of applicable income tax, has been paid to the petitioner. The same is recorded.

2.
