ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.32214 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 wherein, this Court had directed the second respondent-police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.232 of 2024 and to file the final report within forty five days i.e. on or before 17.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted though the charge sheet was not filed within the time stipulated by this Court, however, it was filed subsequently on 05.08.2025 before the jurisdiction Magistrate and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.113 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Karimangalam, Dharmapuri.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
