P. Vaani v. Dr.M.Kumar

Tr.C.M.P.No.914 of 2022 Tr.C.M.P.No.914 of 2022 and C.M.P.No.15686 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This Court vide order dated 01.11.2022 has directed the Family Court, Thiruchirappalli to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2020, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli has now sought for extension of three months time by letter dated 14.08.2023 to dispose of the case stating that the said Judge assumed charge on 07.06.2023 and thereafter examination and cross examination were conducted and both the counsel requested time for arguments on 11.08.2023.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.

3. Accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.650 of 2022.
