This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for having committed contempt by willful disobedience of the order of this Page No.1 of 4

Court made in Writ Petition No.41652 of 2016, dated 13.07.2023, under Contempt of Courts Act.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.07.2023 in W.P.No.41652 of 2016 has been duly complied with. In support of his contention, he filed a Memo of Compliance dated. Nil September 2025. The said memo is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said submission.
