Complaining that the order dated 06.09.2024 has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition is filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that portion of the order has been complied with by issuing Nil Tax clearance certificate to the petitioner and the remaining portion regarding application for surrender has to be accepted based on the said certificate. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the same will be processed and complied with.
