This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.234 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.234 of 2013, investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti on 30.06.2013 itself.

3.Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.234 of 2013, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
