This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2893 of 2022 dated 09.02.2022.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in due compliance of the order of this Court dated 09.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2893 of 2022, the respondent has completed investigation and the case has been referred as civil in nature and further action was dropped and the defacto complainant was served with RCS notice and final report has also been filed on 18.07.2022.
