Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the General Provident Fund, without insisting for the Endorsement/ Approval from the second respondent and release the Earned Leave Encashment and all other admissible payment to the petitioner, considering the representation dated 06.03.2025 and the enclosed application in Annexure - I, General Provident Fund Annual Statement, Pay Slip and the Bank Statement pertaining to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The instant writ petition has been filed seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner was removed from service, he is entitled for certain terminal benefits and the respondents have not settled the eligible amount to the petitioner. In this connection, the petitioner has sent representation on 06.03.2025 and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits 2/4

of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
