This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.943 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first & second respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.5 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate I, Namakkal.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
