The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and prayed this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, as and when required and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2. Considering the request coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before this Court, as and when required.
