When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly and there are seven previous cases as against the petitioner.

Considering the representations made on both the sides and considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly and considering the nature of offence involved in this case, this Court decline to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner and therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
