P.DHANABAL .J., kmm handed over the demand draft for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Only) to the respondent. Today, the respondent appeared in person before this Court and received Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Only).

2. Since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the respondent received compensation, in lieu of the reinstatement, no further adjudication is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
