ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 366 of IPC, in Crime No.908 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner fell in love with the victim girl, while he was studying in 12th standard and both of them eloped. Subsequently, a complaint was given by the father of the victim for girl missing.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this complaint.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is still pending and the petitioner/A1 is the main accused and the petitioner/A1 is still absconding. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioners, earlier stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
