Application No.4146 of 2022 in C.S.No.730 of 2014 has been filed for impleading the proposed respondent as the 11th respondent and one of the defendant in C.S.No.730 of 2014.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the proposed 11th defendant purchased 'A' schedule property during the pendency of the suit. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary for impleading him as a party defendant for binding adjudication. The proposed respondents and other contesting defendants have no objection for allowing this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and to have a binding adjudication and to avoid multiplicity of the proceedings, this application is allowed.

4. The plaintiffs are directed to take appropriate steps to amend the plaint.

5. Post the matter on 10.11.2022 for amendment in the main suit as well as in the original application.
