Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the imposed condition vide order dated 12.10.2017 made in Crl.MP.No.12718 of 2017 in Crl.A.633 of 2017 on the file of Madras High Court in so far condition reporting before the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Tiruppur on the 1st day of every month until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.12718 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.633 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
3. From the typed set of papers furnished before this Court, it appears that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.

4. Considering the conduct and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.12718 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.633 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 am on the first working day of every two months till the disposal of the appeal.
