In a proposed suit for recovery of a sum of Rs.3,75,18,124/- towards unpaid invoices relating to the supply of goods by the intending plaintiff to the defendant, the applicant seeks leave to sue the proposed defendant before this Court. SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna arose at Chennai on various dates when the plaintiff supplied goods to the defendant and issued invoices in relation thereto. It is stated that the application is filed by way of abundant caution because the defendant carries on business at Chrompet.

Upon considering the averments in the draft plaint and being satisfied that a substantial part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondent before this Court.
