(CRIME NO.432/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.19225/2021 on the file of Madras High Court through order dated 08.10.2021 in so far reporting before the Honble Sessions Judge FAC Speical Court for Exclusive Trail Cases Under POCSO Act at Coimbatore.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19225 of 2021 on 08.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on second week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
