Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in the name of legal heirs of Late Mrs.J.Komalavalli for land measuring an extent of 3612 Sq.Ft., situated in S.No.402/3, bearing plot no.184A, forming part of Schedule land in Perungalathur Village No.167, Saidapet Taluk by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022 made to the 2nd Respondent.

ORDER

This matter is listed under the caption "For issuance of Patta" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner's application was considered and Patta was issued in favour of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
