ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide Government employment opportunity to the petitioner based on his representation, dated 25.07.2022.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community and his father was assassinated by a group of extremists due to communal clash held on 19.04.2013. In this regard, a case in Crime No.42 of 2013 was registered and a peace committee was organized by the competent authorities and the Government authorities to provide certain compensation to the victims assured to give employment to the victims of the family. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 25.07.2022, however, the same has not been considered.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner is given fresh representation, the same will Page No.2 of 4

be considered and order will be passed on merits. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give fresh representation to the respondents within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the respondents shall consider the same on merits and pass order in the light of the scheme available in this regard. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
