ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners who is on record submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners to proceed further in these matters.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, interim stay already granted by this Court on 24.07.2006 stands vacated. Accordingly, M.P.No.2 of 2006 in W.P.No.23360 of 2006, shall stands dismissed and M.P.No.1 of 2010 in W.P.No.23360 of 2006 is closed. M.P.No.3 of

2006 in W.P.No.23360 of 2006 & M.P.No.1 of 2006 in W.P.No.48977 of 2006 are closed. No costs.
