2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the second respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that since the petitioner has already challenged the show cause notice dated 24.05.2024 in W.P. No. 18836 of 2024, whatever decision the second respondent takes in the meeting to be held on 09.08.2024 is subject to the result of the said Writ Petition in W.P. No. 18836 of 2024.
