Crl.OP No.18545 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J The Apex Court while disposing of Miscellaneous application diary No.30938 of 2021, by order dated 11.03.2022, made it clear that the case in CC No.6 of 2020 should be disposed of not later than six months from the date of receipt of the copy. This period has come to an end. There is nothing before this Court to show that the Apex Court has extended the time for the disposal of the case. In the absence of the same, judicial proprietary requires that no orders should be passed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the Trial Court had already sought for extension of time before the Apex Court and the same was also granted. The relevant records shall be placed before this Court. In the meantime, there shall also be a direction to the learned Special Judge to send a report to this Court and inform this Court as to whether any extension of time has been granted by the Apex Court and when that time is going to expire.
