Since, Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator for R1 and Mr.K.S.Navin Balaji, learned counsel for R2 to R4 have no objection to the condonation of delay and having regard to the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 79 days in filing the Original Side Appeals is condoned and the Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

2. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.

3. In anticipation of such listing, learned counsel for R2 to R4, whose name will continue to be reflectd in the cause list when the matter is listed for admission, files a typed set dated 31.07.2025 after serving a copy on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
