Nethraa Rubbers, at Plot No. 84, Venkateswara Nagar, 12th Cross Street, Perungudi, Chennai - 600 096. based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2024 and until such time not to take any coercive action of lock and sealing under Section 114A of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to grant Trade Licence to the petitioner for running of the business in the name of M/s. Nethraa Rubbers, at Plot No. 84, Venkateswara Nagar, 12th Cross Street, Perungudi, Chennai - 600 096 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2024 and until such time not to take any coercive action of lock and sealing under Section 114A of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 02.08.2024 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
