This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.9 imposed on the petitioners to appear before the trial court on the 1st working day of every month till the disposal of the appeal, in Crl.M.P.No.13120 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.603 of 2019.

2. The Petitioners are the husband and wife. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the 2nd Petitioner/husband is a aged person and suffering from various health ailments and he has been advised to take bed rest. It is further submitted that the 1st Petitioner/wife is taking care of her husband and hence seeks to relax the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the same, the aforesaid condition No.9 imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court once in six months till the disposal of the appeal.
