2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, the proposed party being a proper and necessary party for effective adjudication of the Writ Petition, this impleading petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
