This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the Judgment dated 21.01.2025 passed in STC No.12 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Poonamallee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 80 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
