THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.12847 of 2021 IN CRL OP.8265/2021 A.PALANIAMMAL [ PETITIONER ] Vs INSPECTOR OF POLICE [ RESPONDENT ] DISTRICT CRIME BRANCH, CHENGALPATTU DISTRICT (CRIME NO.12/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.9156/2021 in Crl.OP.8265/2021 dated 13.09.2021 the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30am till the filling of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing dated till the disposal.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.VIJAYARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.9156 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8265 of 2021 on 13.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
